Quick answers about ordering, delivery, the widget, and what you own. We treat audio as something visitors opt into — clear and trustworthy on your page, never something that takes over a visit. For legal wording, see terms and privacy.
Is this a subscription?
No. Hero Pitch is a one-time service. You pay once and own the final audio file.
What’s the difference between €99 and €249?
Same deliverables. €99 is launch pricing for customers who are fine with a short public mention on our site (logo, quote, or customer list). €249 is standard pricing with no mention required.
What do I need to send when I order?
Mostly your page URL, preferred call to action, tone, language, and anything we should avoid saying. That’s usually enough for us to write and voice the pitch.
What happens after I order?
We confirm the brief if needed, then write, voice, mix, and deliver your audio plus an embed-ready widget and transcript. Payment is one-time by Stripe invoice before delivery, as in our terms.
How quickly will I receive my Hero Pitch?
We aim to deliver within a few business days of payment. If timing slips, we’ll tell you proactively.
Does the audio autoplay for visitors?
No. Playback only starts after someone interacts with the widget — we don’t use autoplay. Control stays with the visitor.
Is the widget accessible?
Yes. It’s keyboard-friendly, labelled for assistive tech, and ships with a transcript. See our accessibility page for detail.
What exactly do I get?
A short custom pitch (about 15–30 seconds), written, voiced, mixed, and mastered; music and sound polish; an embed-ready widget; transcript as text and JSON; and the final audio file to use however you like. It’s meant to introduce the page clearly, not to hijack the visit.
Can I change the script or performance after delivery?
One revision round is included if something needs adjusting. If you want a full new direction after that, we can quote a separate follow-up.
Which languages do you support?
Tell us the language in your order — we produce the pitch in the language you specify for that page.
Who owns the rights to the audio?
You own the final delivered audio file for your own use on your site and marketing.
