What you get

Hero Pitch is a one-time service. For each order we deliver one short custom audio pitch (~15–30s) for one page, plus an embed-ready widget. One revision is included. You own the final audio file.

Payment

Payment is one-time, by Stripe invoice, before delivery. Prices are listed on /pricing. The €99 launch tier requires that you allow a public mention (logo, short quote, or customer listing) on the Hero Pitch site.

Turnaround

We aim to deliver within a few business days of payment. If we cannot start within a reasonable time, we will refund the payment in full.

Revisions

One revision is included. Further revisions can be agreed by email and may be billed separately.

Refunds

If we have not yet started production, you can request a full refund. Once production has begun, refunds are at our discretion. Email hello@heropitch.net.

Your content and rights

You confirm that the page and inputs you submit are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. You receive full ownership of the final audio file once paid. We may keep a portfolio mention if you ordered the launch tier.

Acceptable use

We do not produce content that is misleading, illegal, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights. We may decline or cancel an order for these reasons.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you place it.
