Short version

We collect order details you submit and basic site traffic. Optional product analytics stay off until you allow them. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Order details you submit: website URL, email, business name, CTA link, tone, language, and notes.
• Email correspondence when you contact us or we send delivery emails.
• Basic traffic via Vercel Web Analytics, which uses aggregated, cookieless pageview data.
• Optional analytics via PostHog and Google Analytics 4 after you choose “Allow analytics”. We measure page paths, pitch plays and completions, and successful request submissions. We do not send order form values or URL query text as event properties.

How we use it

• Produce and deliver your Hero Pitch audio and embed.
• Send the Stripe invoice and reply to support questions.
• Understand which pages and pitch experiences visitors use, subject to your optional analytics choice.

Who processes your data

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• PostHog — optional product analytics when enabled.
• Google — optional Google Analytics 4 when enabled.
• Supabase — order storage.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Stripe — invoicing and payments (when applicable).

Retention

Order records and emails are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal obligations, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email hello@heropitch.net.

Cookies

Vercel Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies. PostHog uses session storage after you allow optional analytics. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies after you allow it. We store your analytics choice locally so we can respect it on later visits.

Change analytics choice. Declining stops future optional analytics collection on this site.
